The Fabric

The Embroidery
'Zardozi' signifies zar (gold) and dozi (embroidery). Traditionally reserved for royalty, up till today, it carries a rich legacy of artistry.
A colsolidated design combines zardozi with salma, sitara, kadana and moti. Since everything is 3-D, it catches and reflects light from each and every angle.
This abundance of carefully placed motifs, texture, depth and play of light, delicacy and quality can not be achieved by a machine, it is entirely done by skillful hands of artisans.
